TAC Missileers is working with the Indiana Military Museum in Vincennes, IN to relocate and restore a Mace B missile (CGM-13B), that for many years was displayed in front of American Legion Post #18, Wildwood. FL.
On April 14th 2010, the missile was loaded on to a flatbed trailer for the move to Vincennes, IN. It was then transported by the Indiana Air National Guard, 181st Intelligence Wing, Terre Haute, IN and arrived in Vincennes on April 16th.
Every effort will be made to keep a continuing photographic record of the missile’s move, restoration and display at the museum. The museum is in the process of planning/building new facilities. The missile will be placed on display when the new facilities are completed (2011/2012?).
